Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across Southern California
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Represent Pacific Coast Transport with professionalism in customer interactions
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California highway systems and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and time management skills
- No preventable accidents or serious violations in past 3 years
