Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53ft dry van) following DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Build strong relationships with clients at delivery points
- Adapt to changing delivery schedules and routes
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (Class A or B preferred but not required)
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A license through our paid training program
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee terminal
- No prior CDL experience necessary – we train from scratch!
