Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and legally in accordance with FMCSA and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is road-ready.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo for transit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs (ELD/DMV) and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners at each delivery stop.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Must possess a clean driving abstract with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and cargo handling procedures.
