Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in and around the Long Beach area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and records.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record (MVR) preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo training for no-experience applicants.
