Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Deliver freight to designated locations within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3-5 years).
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
