Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package and food delivery across Portland metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during night operations
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and problem resolution
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and proper cargo securing
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Portland streets and GPS navigation proficiency
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Background check and drug screening clearance required
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
