Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A/B) safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Deliver cargo to customers in Austin, TX, and surrounding regions, including North Carolina.
- Complete accurate daily logs (DVIR) and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer service standards.
- Adhere to all FMCSA and company safety regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Previous truck driving experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to a schedule.
