Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van & refrigerated) for regional and long-haul routes
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD compliance)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to changing schedules and delivery requirements
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Uphold all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Current DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Strong navigation skills and route planning abilities
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) preferred
