Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes within the Northeast corridor
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining impeccable safety records
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance requirements
- Utilize advanced GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team for proactive load planning and adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation software
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 50 miles of Buffalo, NY
