Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for regional routes within Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery deadlines and customer requirements
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years verifiable experience)
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in trip planning and GPS navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
