Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated long-haul routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adapt schedules to meet flexible delivery windows while ensuring on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse personnel
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage load security and cargo handling procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong route planning and time management skills
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Arizona/Mexico routing preferred
