Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders via our app platform
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles meeting all safety standards
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and navigation tools
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to local traffic regulations
- Submit accurate trip documentation and rider feedback
- Represent CityRide Connect professionally in all rider interactions
- Participate in ongoing driver training and safety programs
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Richmond metropolitan area
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
