Responsibilities
- Execute time-sensitive freight deliveries across Kansas and surrounding states
- Maintain DOT compliance and immaculate vehicle documentation
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and fuel savings
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance
- Leverage our dispatch system for prime load selection
- Build long-term relationships with premium shippers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck/straight truck experience
- Proven on-time delivery rate above 98%
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations
- Reliable cargo van or box truck (2008+ model preferred)
- Ability to secure cargo with proper tie-down techniques
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
