Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes with consistent schedules
- Ensure safe delivery of freight while maintaining strict DOT compliance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Utilize advanced telematics systems for real-time route optimization
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation
- Represent our company with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) technology
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Valid passport for potential cross-border shipments
