Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or B commercial vehicles to transport goods
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Michigan roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
