Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport and waste disposal at construction sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors and dispatch teams for efficient operations
- Secure cargo and ensure proper weight distribution during transport
- Respond proactively to route changes and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong knowledge of Irvine-area traffic patterns and routes
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with GPS navigation and digital dispatch systems
