Responsibilities
Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques to ensure safety and prevent damage.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues.Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records (ELD compliant).Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and route changes.Uphold a professional image and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
