Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Load, secure, and unload packages with care to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to delivery routes and time schedules to meet service commitments
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Utilize Amazon's technology systems for navigation and delivery tracking
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) or clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent required
