Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely over designated routes in Ohio/Michigan/Indiana region
- Pre-trip inspections and proper documentation (BOLs, logs, DVIRs)
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to strict HOS regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and FMCSA compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with regional routes and hazmat a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Smartphone with reliable data for ELD compliance
