Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes in Georgia and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and mileage records using our digital fleet management system
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle servicing as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metro area and Georgia highway systems
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and fleet management software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
