Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and materials to designated locations
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation while adhering to traffic laws
- Verify package details and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh area roads and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
