Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on multi-state routes following DOT regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules while maintaining strict time compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and securement techniques
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with tanker or flatbed equipment preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hazmat awareness
- Strong navigation skills with GPS technology proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in varying weather conditions
