Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional routes within Arizona
- Coordinate with dispatch team via our mobile app for real-time load assignments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while maximizing fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Box truck ownership or lease-ready vehicle (24-26 ft preferred)
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Tucson metro area and Arizona highways
- Basic smartphone proficiency for mobile app usage
