Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods on designated routes throughout Corpus Christi and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital fleet management system
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Represent Coastal Logistics Solutions professionally while interacting with clients at delivery points
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all driving operations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to start routes from home location within 30 miles of Corpus Christi
