Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed) on dedicated routes throughout the Western United States.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while maintaining cargo integrity and safety standards.
- Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
- Complete all necessary daily and weekly logs (ELD) accurately and on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a dedicated or OTR driver.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screening.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
