Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and students
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Assist students with boarding/exiting and ensure seatbelt compliance
- Maintain a positive and supportive onboard environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Patience and ability to work with children
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for emergency situations
- Flexible availability during school hours
