Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Plan and execute efficient routes to optimize delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Familiarity with Southern California traffic patterns and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication skills and time management abilities
- No major violations in past 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
