Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using provided technology to meet time targets
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Represent Amazon brand standards with professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or standard driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery technology
- Pass background check and drug screening
