Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight on regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Manage delivery schedules with GPS navigation and communication systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Document all transportation activities and handle paperwork accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with mountain driving conditions and winter weather protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
