Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently over assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid CDL Class A License (or willingness to enroll in our training program).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and sitting for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) from the state of residence.
