Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on strict schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while following safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route changes and delays
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to DOT regulations
- Assist in inventory management at distribution points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Milwaukee area and Wisconsin routes
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
