Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks on regional routes from Wichita hub
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Deliver freight with 99% on-time performance
- Manage loading/unloading procedures at client sites
- Utilize provided telematics for performance tracking
- Uphold company standards for customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
