Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a 26ft box truck (single or tandem axle).
- Deliver freight to designated locations on schedule, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and all required shipping documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and shippers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Must own a 26ft box truck (single or tandem axle).
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Class B preferred for box trucks).
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and background check.
