Responsibilities
- Operate your box truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes within the local and regional area.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and cargo integrity.
- Handle loading and unloading of cargo with care, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of your vehicle and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or delivery issues.
- Verify and sign all delivery documents accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Must own a clean, reliable Box Truck suitable for freight hauling.
- No prior driving experience is required; we provide mentorship and training for new owner-operators.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professional driving standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Basic English language proficiency for effective communication.
