Responsibilities
- Operate modern tractors in dedicated OTR routes with predictable schedules
- Safely transport freight between Cincinnati distribution centers and regional hubs
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time delivery
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route planning and real-time updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve operational challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Willingness to pass company-specific drug and alcohol screening
