Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your box truck according to FMCSA regulations
- Complete local and regional delivery routes within Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Manage route planning to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch team
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Reliable box truck (2015+ model) with proper insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic navigation and route optimization skills
- Strong time management and customer service abilities
- Commercial vehicle insurance ($1M liability minimum)
