Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Load and unload materials (sand, gravel, dirt) using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean driving record and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Ensure the truck bed is clean and ready for the next load.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial dump truck driving experience.
- Pass a DOT drug screen and physical exam.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and safety systems.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel within the Laredo area and surrounding regions.
