Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vans in an organized and timely manner.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes throughout Santa Ana.
- Deliver packages to customers with a focus on accuracy and courteous service.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally when necessary.
- Complete digital paperwork and reporting using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
