Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages safely and efficiently from the delivery station.
- Deliver packages to customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and maintained according to safety standards.
- Collect signatures and confirm delivery details accurately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the DSP management team regarding route updates and any customer issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid State Driver's License.
- Excellent driving record with no serious traffic violations or DUIs in the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with the public.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
