Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students to/from school and extracurricular events
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict traffic laws and district routes
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and dispatch
- Complete daily trip reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain CDL permit within 30 days (training provided)
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21+ years old
