Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in Scottsdale and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Inspect and secure packages before loading/unloading to ensure damage-free delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and Amazon's performance standards
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for delivery app communication
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening (Amazon requirement)
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
