As an Amazon DSP Driver, you'll be essential to our last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate package delivery while maintaining Amazon's high standards for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers within designated routes
- Load/unload packages with care, verifying counts and handling items according to guidelines
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently to meet Amazon's strict time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening
