Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-volume, low-latency environments in 2026.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI and predictive modeling to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Ensure data integrity, algorithmic fairness, and ethical AI standards across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on advanced software architecture.
- Monitor system performance and optimize algorithms for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
