Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with customers and warehouse staff
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Washington State traffic laws
- Basic navigation skills and GPS proficiency
- Strong time management and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexible availability including weekends
