Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages and goods across Los Angeles County using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs/deliveries
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Reliable transportation to start/end shift locations
- Pass background check and drug screening (DOT-compliant)
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
