Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during package drop-offs and address inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (commercial options available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs with packages
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and surrounding neighborhoods
