Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all shipments
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage route planning and time optimization
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to handle multi-day trips (5-7 days on the road)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday travel
