Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks on residential/commercial job sites
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for timely material transport
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in all weather conditions
- Assist with loading/unloading materials when required
- Represent company brand through professional conduct and vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience with gravel/dirt hauling
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Scottsdale/Phoenix area construction sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality – must start shifts at 5:30 AM
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge (tires, fluids, brakes)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and work in extreme heat
