Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (no-touch freight)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and timely delivery reporting
- Build strong client relationships through professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
