Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes with consistent weekly schedules
- Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and electronic records
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo securely and verify shipment documentation
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with dedicated route clients
- Utilize GPS systems for efficient route navigation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic tech
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays on dedicated routes
- Knowledge of California and Southwest US highway systems
